To John Scholz General Manager, no I wasn't allowed to come to see the R8 or pictures during the reconditioning. I told the salesperson I would be on a flight from Friday morning to early Sunday. Origin come to see the R8 or pictures during the reconditioning. I told the salesperson I would be on a flight from Friday morning to early Sunday. Originally he texted saying it would be available Tuesday prior but that turned out not to be so. He texted me Friday a video of the car, and as stated I told him I would be gone from Friday to Sunday. So yea it was pretty stupid I couldn't come to see the vehicle being reconditioned or even a picture. 3rd time i have tried buying a car from your dealership. Don't need your false response on CarGurus since that's not what happened. Pretty easy to take photos during reconditioning for a client. More

Had a great experience at Audi Ontario. Went looking at a used Audi but our salesman Farzy got us a better deal on a brand new 2022 Q5.
