I was surprised to receive a call from Elijah about three weeks later letting me know a 2022 model had just arrived and was sitting on the lot. I typically stay away from pre-owned vehicles, but knowing I could be waiting several more months and paying upwards of $10k more for the 2023, it was a no-brainer to buy the 2022 model with everything I had requested in my custom build. I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you Elijah Chambers for keeping your eyes open and for keeping me in mind when the vehicle I wanted dropped into the Ontario lot. More

After inquiring via the chat box on the dealership’s website as to whether or not a particular vehicle was still available, we received an instant response. Within the hour, a very nice sales profession website as to whether or not a particular vehicle was still available, we received an instant response. Within the hour, a very nice sales professional named Elijah Chambers sent us a personalized video of him doing a walk-through of the vehicle. We then began communicating via text regarding our interest in the car. He was very thorough and not pushy at all. As promised, he called to follow up with us the next morning. We made an appointment for that same evening to come test drive and by the end of the evening, drove away with a beautiful new Audi Q5 that we look forward to enjoying for years to come. Elijah was a major factor in that happening and we appreciate his hard work, ethical approach and good humor during the process! We would not hesitate to recommend Elijah and the rest of the team at Audi Ontario for any car purchasing needs. More
