Our salesman Ed Salloum was great. Ed greeted us warmly and made us feel at ease during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and his passion for cars and is apparent. We completed and made us feel at ease during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and his passion for cars and is apparent. We completed the buying process in record time and he made sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase even after the dealership was technically closed for the night. Signing the paperwork was also completed in a professional and efficient manner. The interior of the dealership is beautiful and clean, a first class establishment. I don't know about the management since we didn't meet any of them but Ed Salloum took care of everything for us. We would definitely return to purchase another vehicle from WG. More

Poor sales experience I purchased my very first BMW from this dealership and was super excited to own the car. At signing they happened to do a calculation error and the mo I purchased my very first BMW from this dealership and was super excited to own the car. At signing they happened to do a calculation error and the monthly payment was going to be additional. I was annoyed but was very excited for my BMW so I proceeded. After signing they gave me the 2 keys for the car, 1 of which looked like it was chewed by the previous owners dog. I felt like it was a bait and switch but either way I had my BMW and was happy. After a decent 2 years it started to have issues. With the additional issues and the CPO warranty close to expiring I reached out to the sales person to try to look for a used car covered under the CPO warranty. Despite multiple requests to reach out to me he never did. Between this and my HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE West German not only turned me off from their dealership, but also from BMW. I will never go back and will never own another BMW because of my combined sales and service experience. More

The selection of vehicles, the friendliness of the staff, and the knowledge of all was nothing but outstanding. My experience started with a search on the internet and interaction with Courtney who was timely and knowledgeable. In all fairness to all, she essentially had the car sold before I walked in the door. Franco sealed the financial deal with his expert knowledge of the loan and incentive process. And of course Edward held my hand and expertly guided me through the whole process. He really knew the BMW product inside and out and helped me understand all the new mechanical features and electronic technology. He is still helping me with the myriad questions. If you do not have a relationship with a WG sales agent, I highly recommend asking to speak to Edward Salloum. And of course I really appreciated my "old salesman" Bob Cesarini stopping by to say hello. More

Very, very positive experience with Edward Salloum! We found a vehicle that interested us at the West German BMW dealership. We scheduled a visit to test drive the vehicle and due to scheduling conflict We found a vehicle that interested us at the West German BMW dealership. We scheduled a visit to test drive the vehicle and due to scheduling conflicts had to reschedule a couple times, all during the same day. We finally arrived and met with Edward who proves to be nothing but the most professional and knowledgeable auto salesman we’ve dealt with in sometime. Edward certainly knows the automotive industry and you can detect his love for cars during your conversations with him. Not only that, he knows the BMW brand very, very well. He was able to navigate through the iDrive system efficiently and yet still able to explain the system to not only me but also my wife. Well, we did purchase the car, and I plan to contact Edward in the future for any of our BMW related needs. Even though we live nearly an hour away from the dealership, I would make the drive knowing that Edward was going to help me in the process. More
