I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Crown Dodge where I felt taken advantage of due to the dealership's practice of making up extra charges. When I went to finalize the purchase of a vehicle, I was shocked to see additional fees added to the contract that were never discussed during our negotiations. These extra charges, including a so-called 'documentation fee' and 'dealer preparation fee,' amounted to a significant sum of money and were not disclosed to me until the very last minute. When I questioned the salesperson about these charges, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and seemed evasive. I felt deceived and manipulated by Crown Dodge, and I believe that these deceptive practices are unethical and unfair to customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be cautious and scrutinize any additional charges carefully before signing any contracts. More

We had a horrible experience with the dealers that were not honest. They were not honest, charged us more than we were supposed to get charged, and then took our new tires off and put on cheap tires.
