You f I can describe Eddie Schwarztrauber in three words: Genuine Nice Guy. When you deal with Eddie, you don't feel like you are with a car salesman. You feel like you're hanging out with a friendly neighbor, simply discussing cars. There was no pressure to buy, no push in any particular direction, nothing "pitchy." He was honest and friendly with us from beginning to end. We could tell that this wasn't just about selling cars. For Eddie, bringing joy to his customers is why he does this. I work very hard, and I wanted very much to have a nice, big truck - something that makes all that work feel worth while. We looked at trucks and went for a test drive on the one I ended up buying. When we went back to the dealership, I was very much in love with that truck. I think I held my breath throughout the whole approval process. I could tell that Eddie wanted this for us, and not simply for the sale, but for the smiles and pure joy. Finally, we knew. We were going to have this truck. We were going to drive this beauty off of the lot. I could not stop smiling! In fact, I have barely stopped smiling since.
