The finance department, Earl, charged for a service I did NOT agree to. I found it odd that when purchasing the car, there was a lack of physical paperwork. I requested and had to even had to push to receive NOT agree to. I found it odd that when purchasing the car, there was a lack of physical paperwork. I requested and had to even had to push to receive a copy of final deal. Glad I did because there was a difference in the amount from my paperwork to amount financed. Lexus claims I signed for a service that was in no way in my budget or anything I am remotely interested in purchasing. (Simoniz coating for $1,295). Need to hire an IT expert to verify because even had someone with me who verified I said no, double checked before signing no to all extras. (On the IPad they use to verify extras) Lexus did agree to refund but not direct to me, they will do through the bank and in 2 months! So they get to keep a hold on my $1,295 for their ‘mistake.’ Do not trust. Especially after I was just promised $250-$350 for my inconvenience on having to bring my car back in for work that supposed to be done to my car upon pick. Andrew did not stay true to his word and has not answered my call for 2 months. So waiting 2 months for a refund is unacceptable. If you have or will be financing, double check nothing added in. I recommend taking a picture of the IPad they hand to you to choose and sign for which extras you do and do not sign for. I wish I did because I most definitely did not sign. Something is not right. Extremely disappointed with this fast one pulled! Laugh if you will, but trusted I would receive better service then this! More
