Recently purchased a certified used Lexus at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. While working out the financing with Earl Ko, he did not initially offer me the lowest interest rate. Yesterday when I went in to obtain the registration and inspection for the vehicle, I asked the service manager how long it would take. He told me it would be done in 45 minutes. After 2 hours had passed, I had to go sit outside the service manager's office in order to get the job done and my keys back. More
