Sales staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with us as we considered our purchase. When we decided to order from the factory, we expected a long delay. But the folks at Subaru Concord managed to locate as we considered our purchase. When we decided to order from the factory, we expected a long delay. But the folks at Subaru Concord managed to locate a vehicle that checked all of our boxes and set up a dealer trade so we could get our new Forester before the New Year. I was searching for a specific Subaru model in the Carolinas and found one soon-to-be in stock at Subaru Concord. After several telephone calls and emails between Mr. Broadway and me, we were able to Carolinas and found one soon-to-be in stock at Subaru Concord. After several telephone calls and emails between Mr. Broadway and me, we were able to drive the two hours to the dealership to pick up our car. There were a few minor stumbles: new software, refilling forms, forgot to initial important pages, but overall, the salespeople and staff at Concord were very nice, and pretty thorough. We are very pleased with the Outback and our time spent at Concord Subaru. More
