Drew went out of his way to try to find a solution after we had bought a vehicle from Corwin which was in the shop constantly for several months right after we bought it. Drew is a real piece of xxxx. Theyll treat you "nice" to draw you in, then pressure you to sign even when you say no multiple times, calling it "negotiating the deal". Theyll promise to fix the fenders and after taking an extra week, theyll give it to you not fixed. Check the Kelley Blue Book value instead of what they give you from carfax, thats the actual value of the car. They wont tell you that though, Theyll just charge you twice what youd get if you brought them the car to trade in. Dont shop here. More

After losing my previous Toyota in a total loss, it was difficult searching for a replacement in the current market. Initially I was impressed by the prompt responses to my inquiries at Corwin. However, I was soon treated as small and insignificant, being told that in the current market, people are paying more for vehicles, so I needed to be willing to settle for less. Not a professional delivery at all. Thus, I purchased my third Toyota from Village Pointe as they provided superior customer service and were much more appreciative of my continued business. More

Very unsafe environment and dont have vehicles advertised After speaking with "Drew" for a few days. Set up appt to test drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. i text and let him know we were on our way. We drove 70 After speaking with "Drew" for a few days. Set up appt to test drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. i text and let him know we were on our way. We drove 70 miles and were assured they still had the vehicle. Upon arrival was greeted by sales person not masked. At the dealership observed not one employee or customer was wearing a mask. Also no one was 6 ft distancing. Believe there was probably 50-75 employees and customers within this large room. Omaha and Nebraska is spiking with the Covid virus. After much confusion...Was seated a adesk of young woman (who went to get a mask on) and was told "Drew" was actually off today. But someone else could help me. OK...then was told told by another salesman (again unmasked and no distancing) the vehicle was sold that morning. Come on people you can do better than that?? Customer service and no respect for their employees or customers. More
