My 2021 GMC Canyon has been in multiple times since i bought it 12 months ago and they finally figured out the noise was coming from the rear end. The pinion bearing was loose. I then noticed the vent tube hanging down. Brought it in to have it attached properly. Less than 2000 miles after the repair the rear end seal is leaking fluid all over my drive way. Called the service assistant last week. No return phone call. I have now left a message for the service manager, hoping to get a response and get it fixed properly. Throughout this process I have to call multiple times to get anyone to call me back. By far my worst dealer service department experience, I have ever had. More

I was happy with the sales process and Dmitri. I've traded and bought used cars all over this state over the years, mostly Suburbans and Yukons. Not at all happy with the GM Financing rate and a I've traded and bought used cars all over this state over the years, mostly Suburbans and Yukons. Not at all happy with the GM Financing rate and amount finance charge over 84 months. I have kept my rating excellent over the years by paying all of my bills in full and on time. I'm sorry but I feel like I was punished. I will be paying this loan off ASAP. Doug was very efficient and knowledgeable. More
