I recently purchased a car from Team Nissan. I was impressed by the level of customer service that I had received from everyone I had interacted with. Terrible wait for oil change. . was first in line at 7:30am and didn’t leave there until 9:04am. Had coupon for tire rotation but they didn’t want to do it as they said there was n . was first in line at 7:30am and didn’t leave there until 9:04am. Had coupon for tire rotation but they didn’t want to do it as they said there was not enough (or minimal) tread left to rotate them.. they finally did rotate them. When I left and went down the road my shroud fell down and I discovered it when I got home. Went back and to throes of apologies they took it and and started to re-attach the shroud. Another 1/2 hour and Zi went up and saw 2 techs one inside one hanging in the door and they said they were resetting the maintenance system. They would’ t let me take it from there .. they had to drive it down the hill for me to get it. I was supposed to be at a meeting in Milford at 10:30am. Needless to say I went to Milford and the person I was meeting had left and didn’t accomplish my errand. I hope they took a picture of me, because they WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN..!!! Absolutely the worst place to go. I have had issues before with them, but chose to overlook them, but it all adds up to.. trouble with a capital T. If you go.. Caveat Emptor. More
