From top to bottom this is a quality dealership. Matt Bailey and Zak Funderburg in the service department helped us bring a used 2007 Carrera up to specifications. We ultimately traded that car in for a 2011 Porsche Carrera. During that transaction, Sally Moore made the purchase experience the best we've ever had. She was very knowledgeable about our car and the car that we were interested in. We received a fair price for our trade-in and the 2011 Carrera was fairly priced. Most recently, we went to Sally Moore with a proposal to trade in two cars for a late model Panamera. Sally was patient and led us through each step of the decision making process. She showed us and we considered a wide range of choices from used, big motor Panameras to new model cars. Drew Borges examined our trade-ins with a careful eye and the result was fair value for those cars. He was also helpful in describing some of the technical differences between engines and drives. Finally, Michael Caldwell arranged financing through SunTrust Bank at a rate that was less than our own credit union and it was done on the spot. All in all, we would return to Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta for our next automobile purchase and our maintenance needs. More

In this day and age, when you purchase a vehicle from a dealership (new or used) the curtain has been pulled back and there are very little secrets that a dealer can hide; courtesy of the internet. But I have to say, after purchasing 15 vehicles in the past two decades, this 16th purchase tops them all. From the moment I talked to Drew on the phone, to the second I entered the showroom and was introduced to Greg, the experience was all aces in my book. Hennessy brings the level of professionalism that other dealers should fear. I never once felt pressured, and all things considered in my particular situation, the transaction was smooth and I am a proud owner of my dream car, a Porsche. Not to mention that this is the first Porsche I have ever owned and I can tell you it will not be my last. I do not often write reviews, mostly because it is very hard to 'wow' me. But I owe it to the Hennessy family to share my story with the world, and hope that I can give something back to the family that opened their arms to me and welcomed me into the fold. Thank you Drew, Greg, and Hennessy Porsche team for being the most professional in the industry and I look forward to my next purchases in the future. You have earned a customer for life! Brian was very helpful in helping me buy my brand new Panamera, he delivered as promised, very knowledgable about Porsche , Dealer with great inventory. I went to Hennessy Porsche because I had previously had good experiences with Hennessy Lexus. I sought out Greg Jordan based on his online reviews. I was not disappointed in either case; the entire dealership is great, and Greg Jordan is the consummate sales professional. There are many approaches to selling cars, and I can honestly say that Greg's approach is one of the best. He is courteous and focused and, perhaps best of all, he follows through and does as he says he will do. I had the pleasure of working with Matt, Michael and Drew and found them them to be pleasant, helpful and professional, as well. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have worked with Matt Bailey on other Porsche vehicles over the years and he has always been fantastic. Scott Hamilton continued that tradition with "over the top" service on my recent purchase of a Pana over the years and he has always been fantastic. I have purchased many luxury vehicles over the years and usually receive very good service at other dealerships but Scott surpassed even the best service I have received elsewhere. With enough people like Scott in the business the "car salesman" reputation is well on its way to an image makeover. More

This was my third purchase since February 2005 and second since July 2012. I returned to Hennessy Porsche because of the previous experience working with Greg Jordan (Sales) as well as seven (7) years exper since July 2012. I had a very positive car purchasing experience in trading in a car and purchasing a 2012 Porsch 911 Carrera C4 from Hennessy Porche. The main reason that it was such a positive experience was the pro trading in a car and purchasing a 2012 Porsch 911 Carrera C4 from Hennessy Porche. The main reason that it was such a positive experience was the professionalism and competitency of Scott Chmiel, my Hennessy Porsche sales representive. I saw the car on Hennessy's website via a PorscheUsa website search, contacted the dealership, spoke with Drew Borges, sales manager who was straight forward and honest in laying out his basis for the deal and he turned me over to Scott Chmiel. Scott and I finalized the transaction, trading in my 2010 911 C2 for Hennessy's 2012 911 C4, worked out the wiring of funds, shipping of my car to Atlanta and signing paperwork via FedEx. I took delivery of the 2012 C4 in person, flew to Atlanta, Scott arranged for myself and my son to picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership in Roswell. The car was waiting and was detailed in immaculate condition. Scott went over the car with me, answered all of my questions and loaded us with water and snacks for the 600 mile drive back to our home in St.Louis, Missouri. I have bought alot of cars in my 60 years ( Lexus, BMW, Honda etc) and I have to tell you that was my best car purchasing experience. Scott and Drew and Hennessy were very easy to establish a trusting relationship with and that was exactly what it took to execute a transaction like this for an expensive car and accomplish it on a long distance basis without having meet Scott in person until I flew to Atlanta to take delivery. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I negotiated over the course of two days for the purchase of a used car through Hennessy's internet sales department. experienced at any dealership. As of yesterday, we had struck a deal on the vehicle (in writing), which was confirmed this morning (in writing). I had lined up a ride to pick up the car this afternoon and was sitting at my bank in front of my banker filling out the forms for a cashier's check when I was told (initially via e-mail, no less) that the dealership had entered into another agreement on the car after my agreement, that they would not honor my agreement and wait for me to get there, and that the first person to get there would get the car whether or not I made the effort to drive up there at my inconvenience and that of my colleague. To be clear, despite having a deal in place, the dealership would not even wait for me to get there! They claimed this was their "policy". How outrageous. The unapologetic sales manager tried to explain it in terms of what would happen if I got there and there was something wrong with the car that they failed to tell me about and I didn't buy it as a result! I fail to see how any misrepresentation by them would be my fault! I guess used car sales people are used car sales people no matter where you go - questionable characters who are not to be trusted. Look elsewhere. More
