When Doug answered the phone just by saying Doug Keen. 2 years ago I bought my wife’s Escape from Doug and called him when I was ready for my toy. When Doug answered the phone just by saying my name he immediately remembered me, even after two years. He asked if everything was ok with the wife’s escape, I said yes she loves it. I bought one car from him two years ago and he remembered everything about me, making me feel very good and at ease. He was a pleasure to deal with he was Not pushy very patient and explained everything in great detail. I really like dealing with Doug and will defiantly call him for my next Ford. More
