I noticed a severe problem as soon as my vehicle was returned, drove around the building right back into service. At that point service representative Luke yelled at me, told me there was no possible way that they could have done that, and that he was the expert because he drives these cars every day. I drive *my* car every day. Although the service manager Donovan agreed to look at it the next day the problem still exists (at least he didn't accuse me of lying like Luke.) I understand accidents happen and things can break, but refusing to take responsibility and yelling at your customers is so far below the expectation I have of a luxury car dealership as to be laughable. I would take my vehicle anywhere before being serviced there again. More

Dee was able to find a way to help compensate for some of t My 2014 Crosstrek was just past the warranty period when I brought it in for an A/C check. Dee was able to find a way to help compensate for some of the cost since the diagnostic didn't show a leak. When I came back to have another look at the A/C, Donovan Brummond, the service manager, offered to contact the factory to see if there was anything they could do since it was determined that a new part would be needed. This resulted in a generous response. What most impressed me about the whole experience was how fair, quick and professional the process was. More

Great service again for my 2015 Subaru Outback Got 4 new Michelin tires for my 2015 Subaru (lots of fun road mileage) and a routine alignment. Service was both polite and timely. This time I used Got 4 new Michelin tires for my 2015 Subaru (lots of fun road mileage) and a routine alignment. Service was both polite and timely. This time I used the complimentary car rental to complete a busy day. The Outback service was complete in <3 hours. I always enjoy the quiet ride (Harman Kardon Sound System). More

Good experience and fast service Dropped my 2017 MDX for first service. Service Manager was patient to hear complaint about the problem I had with the car. They had to order a part, t Dropped my 2017 MDX for first service. Service Manager was patient to hear complaint about the problem I had with the car. They had to order a part, they overnight part order and fixed the problem in no time, delivered the car fast. Washed the car and nicely dried it. Some time dealers just wash and do not dry the car leaving water spots on paint. But these guys are good :). Only complaint I have is they should have vacuumed inside of the car, which they did not. More

I was rear ended in my new Forester The gents in sales even called my home to see if I was OK. They had me bring the car into their service area and then had someone from Luther Collisi The gents in sales even called my home to see if I was OK. They had me bring the car into their service area and then had someone from Luther Collision and Glass pick it up, since driving to the Collision center was quite a hike for me. Since I was no way at fault, they even offered insurance suggestions so I didn't have to pay any money out of pocket. I was having difficulty getting the garage door device on the rear view mirror to work - John actually came to my home and helped me until we got it to work. Everyone in the dealership is focused on the customer, and makes them feel important. I can't say enough nice things about the staff! More

OK place to buy but horrible service department I bought a 2015 Forester last year. Pia Vang was the salesman and was very laid back, no pressure to buy. He connected my phone to the car and answered all my questions. However, once you get to the service department, people are not nice. The wait times are quite long. It's nice that they have a lounge with drinks and cookies, but that doesn't mean I want to wait 90 minutes for an oil change. They have refused to look at a flashing warning light - told me to ignore it. The fuel efficiency has dropped 30% - they told me it happens. The brakes squeak - they said it's because of winter. Saturday the service guy was so hostile he scared my daughter. Never going back. More
