I have to say I have been to the “other” Ford dealership close by but no one can step toe to toe with Walker Ford. From the moment I first made contact with Don one of the service advisors I knew things wer close by but no one can step toe to toe with Walker Ford. From the moment I first made contact with Don one of the service advisors I knew things were going to be better. And better they were! I was a drive in customer with no appointment and I could not believe the attention I received after explaining my issues with my 2010 F150 Platinum. I was treated and payed attention to with my three problems, no one interrupted me and made me feel rushed. He explained everything they would do to diagnose and rectify the problems. Although I could not be completely taken care of that day I had no problems leaving my only mode of transportation over night because they have a comfortable well equipped lounge with comfortable seating as well as Starbucks type coffees there for you enjoy while waiting on their equally kind shuttle driver (Ralph) to bring me home to Countryside. Later that afternoon I got a phone call with an explanation to what they had discovered and how much it would be to repair. I wax then told they would have someone at my house with the first shuttle to bring me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. On top of that, after asking if they offered a military discount I was pleasantly surprised they did! Then the icing on the cake was when they brought my truck around the front I had a couple of additional questions and Don climbed under the truck to check it out. Very pleasant experience! I highly recommend Walker Ford!! More
