We give credit to his manager, Frank Caporicci who took times to greet us and talk with us for a few minutes. This is a very well-run Service Department. We are longtime customers of Crown Mercedes and would not go anywhere else for our Service needs or for our next new Mercedes Benz. See DONALD SHELTON in the Service Department. EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH DONALD SHELTON. We were in on November 30, 2022 and DON SHELTON took excellent care of us. We were able to wait in the waiting Lobby and it took very little time. I was referred to Don Shelton for all of my service needs with my Mercedes and I am so very glad that I was.
