My husband and I had a great experience shopping for my new vehichle. The father/son Cook family duo were friendly, knowledgeable, personable and helped us make the best decision on a new car. They were hospitable offering us water bottles and as much time as we needed to look over our choices. One thing that stood out about their personalities is they were very genuine in helping us make a decision on what was the best car for us. I didnt feel pushed or rushed into a decision. Justin Cook was very helpful in showing me the controls for my navigation, Onstar, and helping me set up my bluetooth. I also feel very comfortable contacting Justin about any concerns or questions I have in the future about my new car. Don Cook helped us get a great trade in rate on my Acura, more than other dealerships had quoted which was a plus! I couldnt have been happier with my new GMC Terrain and the experience I had shopping for it! I definately recommend going to visit Justin and Don Cook when you are ready to look for a new car! I had owned 4 Caddy’s until just recently. I now own my 5th thanks to Hudson Cadillac in Poughkeepsie, NY. I was disheartened with Cadillac after 92 because the body style changed drastically, so I deci 5th thanks to Hudson Cadillac in Poughkeepsie, NY. I was disheartened with Cadillac after 92 because the body style changed drastically, so I decided to try the Lincoln. I had a 17 year relationship with 1 dealership, having bought 10 cars there. Well, things change. I no longer wanted a Lincoln or to be dealing with that particular dealership, which is 80 miles from my home. I wanted someone reputable, in my backyard, and I wanted a Cadillac. I kept hearing only good things about Hudson. In around 2005, I believe Lincoln’s quality turned downward, while Cadillac's quality turned upward. With all of that, I decided to stop at Hudson. I first met Justin Cook. His personality, friendliness and trustworthiness are unmatched. The car I wanted to drive was out on test drive. I left, but returned the following day because of the way Justin treated me. That was just the beginning. When I returned I dealt with Michael Vargas, sales and lease consultant. We test drove the car. I was so impressed with it that I was looking around and drove through a red light. Mike stayed calm. In trying to make a deal, I meet Don Cook. You just got to love this guy. Years of experience not only in dealing with cars but more importantly, in dealing with people. You can see why he is the sales manager. We could not make a deal, but I knew I wanted the Cadillac and that I wanted to do business with Hudson. Hudson eventually found a car for me. When I returned the third time, Mike wasn't there. I was helped by Manny Pece. Even though Manny knew I had been dealing with Mike, he was quick to help without question. Manny embodies the word “team’. Mike, Manny and Justin all helped to deliver the car. During the process, I also meet the owner Mike Mullaney and his son Matt. Both were sincerely appreciative for the business. Not only did I get a great Cadillac but it was a very pleasurable experience as well, with even a few laughs. Every single person I dealt with at Hudson was simply great. My mother bought her Terrain from Hudson about a year and a half ago and she absolutely loves it! We had such a great experience at Hudson and Justin was great. So when I was in the market for a new car we k a half ago and she absolutely loves it! We had such a great experience at Hudson and Justin was great. So when I was in the market for a new car we knew we had to go back and see Justin. I was originally looking to buy a new car but Justin let us know about a used car that was going to be available and I immediately knew that car was perfect for me. Justin is a great guy, he is very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He stayed late on 2 different nights to meet with us and help us. And just today I went up to Hudson so that Justin could help me learn about the car and how to use all its features. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. And I know that if I ever have any questions or concerns I can call Justin or anyone at Hudson and they will assist me. I love my new car and I loved my car buying experience! More

We bought a car last year from Justin and Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC, and Me and my Mom were very pleased with the assistance and patience that Justin provided. When I got into a car accident on Jan 10th, my Buick GMC, and Me and my Mom were very pleased with the assistance and patience that Justin provided. When I got into a car accident on Jan 10th, my car was deemed totaled and I had to find a new car. We checked other dealerships and talked to other salespersons who promised to call me after I told them what I was looking for. We never got a phone call from any of them. My mom e-mailed Justin to tell him what we were looking for, and instantly got a few referrals of cars that were in the lot. They were not exactly what I was looking for but we told him a price range, and a year range that we would prefer. A few days later I was told of a Pontiac G6 2007 that was in the shop, getting the bumper fixed. I took a ride down to see it and I was very pleased. A few days later I test drove it and ended up falling in love. The price was a little more than my mom was looking for, but Don worked out a GREAT deal that we could not refuse! A few days later I drove it off the lot and its now sitting pretty in my driveway! I can not say Thank You enough for the patience and assistance that Don and Justin provided. More

I purchased a used Chevy Trailblazer. Reception from sales was great. Not pushy. They gave time for us to decide and are friendly. They were firm on the price. Little incentive to come down with price or "throw in" extras. However, Mike Vargis accommodated us with some aftermarket floor mats for free as well as a replacement for a missing cup holder. The financial end of the deal was a good experience. We were told directly the cost of the vehicle with a purchased warrantee and no hidden fees. The truck was clean and turnaround time between sales and drive-off was less than 3 days. Both sales and repairs return calls in a timely manner. Repair turnaround time for appointment is very reasonable. Dollar/hour repairs is steep at around $100.00/hour for repairs. However, it seems that repair time is very quick which helps offset that dollar per hour fee. The only issue I had with the used car sales is that the sales manager would not accommodate us for a leak we had from the sun-roof. After three weeks of vehicle purchase,I noticed a leak coming from the right visor. I was told that they would not cover a used car that had a leak and my extended warrantee does not cover leaks. Thankfully it was only a clogged port from the sunroof. I would have been allot happier if sales/service would have at least covered half of the $115.00 charge, as I would expect a thorough inspection prior to releasing a car for sale. More

I live in Ossining, Ny and I am so glad that I decided to take a ride to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC. I walked out of the dealership knowing that i got the best price for my 2012 GMC Terrain which my lovely wife, two boys and I have enjoyed the past week. I went to the dealership looking for a GMC 2010 Canyon, and with Glen's help found the one for me and I bought it. Sounds easy, right? And it was...thanks to the the gentlemen helping me. I hesitated to trade in my old Toyota, but with the right offer on my trade and the attention Don gave me, I was sure that was the best way to go. When it came to my financed total, Matt made sure I was getting the absolute best price on my truck. So if you're looking to buy but not quite sure where to go, put this dealership right on top of you list. More
