I love cars ...I have been into performance racing since I was young. I think I was about eight years old, when I first picked up an exotic car magazine. I have own 22 cars and probably switch cars sooner then I should. I am currently Driving a 2019 VW GLI and tweaking and tuning the motor weekly and increasing the HP to 307. If I was told 10 yrs ago I would be selling cars...I'd laugh, as I was running a 5.5 million dollar construction project in South Philadelphia. I am also a master carpenter and can read blueprints from structural to architectural and everything in between. If you are in the store ask for me "DB" or Don B This is needed because the store manger has the same name "Don" I Look forward to getting you in the right vehicle for lifestyle. See you soon! D.B.

The sales rep "Johnel" lied to me numerous times, along with the sales manager "Keith." Johnel, being unprofessional, even said he "hates most of his customers." I already had a feeling that this place was scummy, but he proved it. I made sure I bought an extended warranty - which already came back as unusable. When I got to the dealership and saw the check engine light on, I was told that more than 4 people working there "didn't see/know" that the light was on. That includes Johnel, a trainee who drive the car, Keith, and the service center. I already knew that was a lie, seeing as I wasn't born the previous day. The car "just passed" inspection/emissions last month, by their service center, and I was told that the "Coolant Temp. Sensor" was the only issue - prior to buying the car. I went to Audi and found out that the "Timing Chain is faulty." Audi quoted me $2,600 for repairs and said that the gaskets may blow soon if I don't get it repaired. When Audi called the warranty company, they stated that the warranty will not cover anything for this repair because it would be considered fraud/fixing a pre-existing condition. Both, Audi and the warranty company, stated that Chapman is liable for repairs and that they should be ashamed. The warranty rep stated that "they know better. That's not right." When calling Keith back, he started to argue with me and said "you bought the car as-is." When I made it crystal clear that I paid over $2,000 for a warranty, was lied to about the condition of the vehicle, and would need to spend more on repairs than my down payment, he took his foot off of the pedal. After a bit of arguing, he lied again and said that he got the approval for a refund - as if he was doing me a favor, as opposed to being professional and ethical. When I got there, I spoke to a jerk/manager named Don. He was rude, tried to control the conversation, lied, and told me that "he doesn't know why Keith promised me a refund" - seeing as, supposedly, he would be making the final decision. I got annoyed because I came there for a refund check, but instead had to deal with more BS. I came in to pick it up, but instead spent almost 30 minutes going back-and-forth. Don was disrespectful, also acting like he's just doing me a favor. The next day, he started talking over me and kept raising his voice when I was explaining that the check didn't clear right away and that there was a hold put on the funds. At some point, he avoided listening altogether and wouldn't shut up - so I hung up on him. I would NEVER go back to this dealership and will be reporting them to corporate shortly. I hope that these dishonest jerks go out of business. More
