Having never leased a vehicle before (and not being an expert on cars) made for a lot of apprehension about getting one! I was ready to go to the eastside until I spoke with Don Bazzo on the phone. He not only explained some of the fine print of other offers but did so in a very professional, easy to understand manner.... without being condescending. I am very appreciative of the excellent service during the sales process and smile every time I get in my new car. Thank you Don!! More
