I ordered my NEW 2021 F150 at the end of September and took delivery of it January 17th. Greg Babcock was there from the beginning through finalization and continues to make sure I'm a satisfied custom took delivery of it January 17th. He is a HUGE asset to Parks Ford and Myself!! Kamal was a pleasure to work with as well. Donna was also very accommodating with the installation of my running boards and the spray in bed liner by setting me up with my FAVORITE, long term Service Advisor, Destin!! I have dealt with Parks Ford for many years (even when it was Heritage Ford) and I am PROUD to say I am a SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! Even though it takes me more than an hour to get to the dealership, I don’t ever go anywhere else, but Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel. I’m on my third Mustang, all of them purchased at this dealership. When i dealership, I don’t ever go anywhere else, but Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel. I’m on my third Mustang, all of them purchased at this dealership. When it comes to car maintenance or anything that I have to handle, I choose Parks Ford. Professional staff, very friendly, and I always leave here with a great feeling! When it comes to service, Destin is your guy! He makes every process so smooth and easy, not to mention he has a great personality and attitude! Always friendly, warm, and welcoming, and makes sure that the customer is well taken care of! More

horrible return calls, service out the door turned from worst to even more worst. never go thru this again. After i left my vehicle died 3xs. when i tried calling them no one would return my calls until a worst to even more worst. never go thru this again. On 8/11 shortly after 5:00PM I pulled into the dealership with a corroded circuit-breaker and a bad battery. I was greeted by DESTIN LAQUERRE, Service Advisor. After we discussed/viewed the problem he mentio with a corroded circuit-breaker and a bad battery. I was greeted by DESTIN LAQUERRE, Service Advisor. After we discussed/viewed the problem he mentioned the dept closed at 6:00Pm but if they had the parts he would see what he could do. At 5:45PM I was on my way home FIXED! Now that's service!! Was visiting from out of town and had car issues . Closest dealership was parks Ford . I am very pleased with the customer service I received.
