Excellent listener and great information Dennis was an awesome salesperson; he was knowledgeable, patient and listened to what we were looking for. Best experience!!! Shopping for a car is frankly out of my comfort zone, this is the reason why I sent my wife to several dealerships before she narrowed it down to Boch Shopping for a car is frankly out of my comfort zone, this is the reason why I sent my wife to several dealerships before she narrowed it down to Boch Honda, Norwood. Billy Varkas did not pressure her which was the reason why I decided to go down there and make a deal. We went on a Saturday and Monday, I was driving my certified 2013 Honda EX-L. The entire staff was helpful and courteous, including finance, JD, Kevin, and the other sales reps, Mike, Dennis which I shared some family experiences with and had some laughs. The least I can do is write this review, for my wife I owe her a large honey do list that initiated this wonderful experience! Go on down!!! Regards, Peter P - Dedham More

Grumpy salesperson who "did not go to college to sell cars". My experience with this dealership was odd and awkward...went in this morning and was assigned to work with Dennis. He seemed annoyed that he had to h My experience with this dealership was odd and awkward...went in this morning and was assigned to work with Dennis. He seemed annoyed that he had to help a customer since they had just opened up (it was 10:20 AM and the open at 10:00 AM). Shared with me that he was not supposed to be at the top of the list, but other sales people had not shown up yet. But, "I must not be in retail" otherwise I would understand. He also seemed put out that I did not know their stock number...made the statement that "he did not go to college to sell cars". At first, I thought he might be joking, but he was not... When we started walking to retrieve the car, he was still complaining about being behind from yesterday and having to work with someone just after opening up. At that point, I decided to leave...it could only have gotten worse and I did not want to spend $20K+ there. Maybe they don't work on commission there...I wouldn't know, since I don't work in retail... More

I always have had a great experience at Boch Honda. Hence, why I have returned 3 times. From the sales manager, to the salesperson and to the service, such as oil changes, all the staff are friendly, Hence, why I have returned 3 times. From the sales manager, to the salesperson and to the service, such as oil changes, all the staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Howard Charnitsky, the sales manager is always helpful and explains everything clearly. Dennis Young, the salesperson, made my transition to a new car seamless. He even went as far to program my radio stations! I always recommend Boch Honda to friends and family. I never have a problem. It is so stress free, I always return when I want a new car or help with my present car. More
