Firstly, we apologize for not completely exceeding your expectations during your service visit. While we offered a service loaner, we are required to see proof of insurance coverage from customers. While we were waiting for proof of insurance from your carrier we weren't aware you'd left the dealership. Our staff made many attempts to reach out with service progress but the voicemail is not setup on the phone number we have for you and many text messages were not responded to. We weren't aware you were planning to arrive after 6:00pm that evening for pickup or we could have accommodated it. Please reach back out to us when you are available so we can work to resolve this service experience to your complete satisfaction.
