Asked if I could bring the vehicle in for recall service and asked how long it would take. They said yes and may take a day or two. When I got in they looked at it and said they needed parts. So I told my w and asked how long it would take. They said yes and may take a day or two. When I got in they looked at it and said they needed parts. So I told my wife who drove another car to go home because they needed to order parts. I then drove the truck home. Nissan called later and told me they now had the parts so I asked how long it would take to fix. They said 1-2 days. So I drove in with my wife following and left my truck there. I waited for my wife to catch up then asked David how soon it would be ready. Someone said it is ready now, and brought it out. After checking it out I told my wife she could go home and I drove it away. My wife made two unnecessary trips both ways to Northpark Nissan. More

No questions asked when 'I said a friend with better ears said a bearing was going bad'. David, didn't hesitate to get it checked out and indeed my friend was correct. The alternator bearing was about to fre said a bearing was going bad'. David, didn't hesitate to get it checked out and indeed my friend was correct. The alternator bearing was about to freeze up. Thank you David, Nissan, and the mechanics who diagnosed the problem and replaced the alternator. Awesome warranty!!! More

Nissan sold me a lemon and refuses to work with me on resolving the issues. I would never buy from them again. Ever! I was told they received the new part for my car that I needed, then after having some resolving the issues. I would never buy from them again. Ever! I was told they received the new part for my car that I needed, then after having some more issues with my car a GM spoke with me and decided to give me a recap of what had happened. While going over everything that was wrong he tried to make it seem like they were catering to me because I was moving to Tennessee in just a couple weeks, he spilled the information that they took the part that was needed for my car off of a different car in the lot since the part I needed wasn’t going to be in until September. Then had to wait for “Nissan to write a program so they could program the new part to my car”. They had my car ready in just the nick of time for me to move, how convenient for me. Two weeks after I had moved my engine light came on and I then had to bring my car into the shop once again. Have yet to hear an update on them repairing my car or trading in my car for another one provided by the manufacturer. More

But it was time for a new one and with the amazing help of Tyler Aucion I found a beautiful black 2018 Rogue. Tyler made the entire process so easy from start to finish.
