On 4/1/21 I bought my dream car, These guys were amazing! David Watson worked with me from 600 miles away. My local bank couldn't find me a loan for enough to cover the car and I was devastated. In no time I got a call from Adam Miller, the Financial Adviser and he was sure he could help. They held the car for me and the next morning I got the news I got the loan. Traveled there the next day. What a memorable experience. Everyone was awesome. Friendly, doesn't cover it, they were like family! Met the owner, Rusty Drewing. What a hoot! Very down to earth and accommodating. The whole process was very easy and I was on the road in no time, They even filled the tank with gas. I was very pleased and glad I met them all. Thank you David and everyone for all you did! You went above and beyond. You are all phenomenal! I am forever grateful! Bless you all! More

By far one of the best car dealership experiences you can ever have, and the kicker, I never once stepped foot in the state!!! As a car chick, I was looking to upgrade my 430i to its M4 equivalent. Given the vehicle’s rarity (manual transmission) and specs, BMW of Columbia, MO was the ONLY one in the States that had it! And lucky for me, I had the esteemed pleasure of working with sales professional, Dave Watson. Because we live on the East Coast and given COVID, travel isn’t an option. Not a problem for Dave! The utmost professional, Dave was more than willing to assist. Attentive, courteous, exceptionally patient, he worked with us every step of the way: from sending us photos, detailing every inch of that car, answering all of our questions, providing no-pressure sales tactics, connecting us with just the best financier onsite Adam Miller, even having it shipped to my doorstep, and following up weeks later to make sure everything was still smooth sailing.
