While communication before the test drive was decent, after the test drive, when the sales guy found out we would be looking for a custom order due to the color my wife wanted, he never bothered to follo after the test drive, when the sales guy found out we would be looking for a custom order due to the color my wife wanted, he never bothered to follow up or answer my emails. I asked him for the paint sample we wanted - he said they didn't have it and he can't get it. If someone is willing to fork over almost $14K for custom color, it is un-Porsche like to just dismiss the customer. Also, other dealerships had the paint samples. I ended up buying a new one somewhere else. This is our 2nd Porsche, and I am disappointed by Porsche "Experience" at this dealership. I don't understand why he is so highly rated. He may be knowledgable in features etc. but his follow-up is... lacking. More

This is in stark contrast to this dealerships main Porsche competitor. Why more dealerships don't clue in to customer service is mystifying to me. More

I purchased a 2024 Porsche Macan from Dave Corbin who was very knowledgable and effortlessly answered all of my questions on the vehicle. I had called ahead to the dealership requesting a senior sales assoc very knowledgable and effortlessly answered all of my questions on the vehicle. I had called ahead to the dealership requesting a senior sales associate, because at my age I did not want to deal with a rookie and Dave did a great job. Jason Figueroa, sales manager was very fair in his pricing and after 5 days of driving my first Porsche and also first SUV, I am completely satisfied. I was concerned that after driving a Maserati for the past 6 years it would be a big change, but honestly, this SUV handles like a sedan. More
