The sales team was kind and helpful, and they did not try in any way to upsell me or force me into using their financing. It's nice to work with a dealership and not feel like you're getting the run-around. They had my car ready two days later with plates and registration all set up for me. Truly top-notch. As for their service it is just as superb. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest with their work, and they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they service. They performed software updates to my car even at 90k+ miles at no charge. It's things like this that keep me coming back to Wantagh Mazda for service rather than going to a quick lube place or a different Mazda dealership. Wantagh's attention to detail and respect for their customers is second to none. I couldn't recommend a better group of people. More

I knew I was greeted at the door by Dave and his wonderful english accent. He was a pleasure to deal with from the moment i arrived at Wantagh Mazda.. I knew that i wanted the CX-5 and Dave was beyond knowledgeable about the car and went into great detail about the benefits of the car. I wanted Black with a black interior and Dave was more then helpful in getting me what my initial pick was. He also suggest I take a look at the sand interior and i'm SO glad he made that suggestion because i absolutely loved it and wound up picking that car over the black on black. Not only was David a wonderful help but so was Joe in the front. He made the transition of my trade in flawless. I was happy to learn that these two men were both employees at this location for quite some time and it shows consumers they back what they are selling. The family owned business at this location was a driving point in picking Wantagh over other Mazda locations. If you are thinking of a Mazda, please go to Wantagh, the staff was so helpful even on a friday night when everyone just wants the weekend to happen.
