We have purchased somewhere around 13 cars from Yark over the years, from a couple different salesmen. Once we worked with Dave Sgro, he became the salesman for the last 10 of said cars. He’s honest, which i the years, from a couple different salesmen. Once we worked with Dave Sgro, he became the salesman for the last 10 of said cars. He’s honest, which is unheard of for a salesman. He will work his tail off to make sure that you’re happy, and will let you know if he cannot make the deal work without you sitting around for hours. This last time we bought 3 cars at once, the financing for three vehicles takes some time, so Dave took our order and went and bought us dinner while we waited! We will never buy another car without using Dave, weather that means seeking him out at a different dealership or not!(hopefully he stays at yark forever though)! Thanks again to you Dave, and Scott as well! Wayne in service is also awesome! Had some issues with the new Ram I bought, he made sure everything was taken care of for me, and kept me in the loop as to what was going on! Excellent service!!! 100% satisfied with the yark team! More

First-Time Purchase I thought Dave was fine; Dave was easy to negotiate with and, until the bank dictated the pricing and lease payments, I thought we had reached a great I thought Dave was fine; Dave was easy to negotiate with and, until the bank dictated the pricing and lease payments, I thought we had reached a great deal on the car. Though, there were some lapses in customer service that I couldn't help but notice. I am fully willing to admit that as a first-time purchaser there were many things I didn't know about the process of buying a car, but when negotiating monthly payments, Dave seemed to treat it as a bothersome task whenever I asked him to present my offer to his manager as if negotiating is unreasonable and whatever offer his manager provides is definitive. All things considered, he was honest and straightforward with any questions I had, and was prompt with the vehicles I took for test drives. For Justin, there was a lot to be left desired with the quality of customer service provided. I know the goal of the position at the end of the day is to sell, but his style is entirely too aggressive and misleading with regards to the products offered in addition to my purchase. He flies through the information regarding the services I could add to my purchase because he "has to say it a lot," but I viewed it instead as an attempt to prevent an opportunity to process all the information presented so as to sell it and pad their commission. I didn't appreciate his passive aggressive attitude when I declined the offered products as I am a AAA member and prefer their services, and I didn't like his comments regarding other purchases when he had to "stay later" because customers were giving him "a hard time." At the end of the day it's making another sale which I imagine was not easy to come by during COVID-19, so while it's not ideal to stay after a shift there should be some gratitude. When we were reviewing paperwork I also was not particularly fond of his earnest rapidity scrolling to the signature prompts. I would have preferred an opportunity to slow down and review the contract to ensure it was the deal agreed upon. Thankfully it was so there are no disputes to be had. At any rate, the proposed payment threshold was between 221-241 a month, and I was disappointed when Justin returned with the higher 241. I understand that the banks operate as a third party, but I don't believe neither Dave nor Justin negotiated very well since the monthly payments ballooned as much as they did. Overall, I enjoy the vehicle, but when this lease concludes I do not believe I will continue my patronage with this dealership as I don't believe this organization tried as hard as they could to get a better deal that we negotiated and the finance representative was exceedingly average with their customer service; though I would assume that is sufficient for a car dealership. More
