I was going to buy a used vehicIe from Lou Fusz Subaru, but I ended up building and ordering a new Forester instead. When I picked up the car he spent as much time as I needed to familiarize me with the vehicle, I felt bad he had plans that night. I've had the car 2 weeks now and I still hear from Dave. I like that I can go into the dealership just to say hi and he will talk with us. I know if I have any problems or questions Dave will help us out. To this day, after having the car for a few days, I still receive phone calls from Dave asking if I need help with anything, if Im liking the car, etc. He wanted to make sure that I understood all of the features and if I had any questions that he could answer. I have NEVER seen a dealership do this. This is another level of customer care that is rare. This the reason why I decided to actually review the dealership and put in a good word for Dave. They have consistently put me first and expressed concern with my wants/needs as a customer. 10/10 service. Im not sure if all the salesmen at this dealer are like Dave Blanke, but if they are, whoever is managing and training the salesmen is doing a superb job! More

The transmission in our old Subaru went out so we needed another car as soon as possible. I found an outback that fit our needs on autotrader and gave Lou Fusz Subaru a call. I was fortunate to speak with Dave Blanke and he informed me the vehicle was available for purchase. We set up an appointment and he had the keys and vehicle ready for us to test out when we arrived. Dave is polite and well informed about the vehicles he sells...plus he has good stories to tell. We had our young children with us and Dave gave them some of the toys he keeps by his desk. This was very helpful! He also understood that kids have a finite patience level and got the ball rolling quickly with our purchase. He even stayed after the dealership closed to make sure we were informed of all the features/technology of our new Subaru. We really appreciate the help he gave us and would not hesitate to recommend Dave as the guy to get your next vehicle from. More
