Chad was rude and condescending and did not keep us updated. We only got excuses whenever we called to see what the status of the vehicle was. Then we were charged for work that was not authorized and updated. We only got excuses whenever we called to see what the status of the vehicle was. Then we were charged for work that was not authorized and had to “fight” to get it taken off. Also the paperwork showed an additional 500 miles from when it was received. Asked to speak to service manager and felt like we got “lip service.” Will not return to this dealership for any reason! More
