VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!! When we got to the dealership we were welcomed right away with smiles. It felt inviting and comfortable which I like. He asked us what we were looking for and was not pushy at all and wanted to meet all of our needs and wants. He opened us up to different options and told us about their leasing deals going on and decided to text drive and look at the Dodge Ram, we LOVED it instantly and also LOVED the price so he did get us everything we were looking for and we were so blessed to work with Doug he was AMAZING it felt like we knew him for years! Very understating, fun, helpful, kind hearted guy and we couldn't have asked for a better salesmen!!! Dane was very fast at everything and also felt comfortable with him as well. To be very honest I did not want to buy a different vehicle as I have never like the process of doing so, however the wife did. I went with a let's say attitude of, if it makes her happy. Damian was our sales expert and he showed us different vans and answer all of our questions in a very non pushy manor even after I told him I was there to kick tires and it is very hot and humid outside . Well long story short wife got a new (Lease return) van. Damian was never pushy nor rude and I give him a hat half because I was looking for a reason to not buy. While the paper work was being done I went out side and there is Damian washing and vacuuming our new van, he even set our cell phone up for hands free driving. Also Meet with Dane who did all the paper work, again very thorough on the extended warranty programs but not pushy. Very friendly dealership, clean, plenty of inventory with a small town attitude. More
