We had been checking out another Challenger and decided that we wanted to buy the Challenger that Brian had for sale. We were confident enough in the Challenger Brian was selling That we did not even take it for a test drive. Brian informed us about the warranty Ryan’s offered. He also informed us about the Protection plan Ryan’s offered.. We purchased the Challenger and the warranty and the protection for an agreed upon price. Our time with Brian and Lisa-protection plan- and Dane- signed papers- was great and enjoyable. Ram 2016 Left work in mpls drove almost a hour , the truck was looking at was sitting outside cleaned up ready to go. It looked like a new truck.! Because it was a Friday late in the day and knowing I had over a hour to drive home I really didn’t think I would be going home with the truck. My title for my truck was at home, my credit union had a lien on it. I figured maybe I could work something out by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Reece worked with me, got me better a better interest rate than my own credit union. I also took advantage of the free floor Matts front and back by doing the toys for tots program. We started off kinda rough on my trade, but finished up feeling good when I left..Pleasant staff, Reece was very helpful setting up my phone to work with my truck and explaining how everything works. He even helped unload my trucks contents and put it into the truck I purchased. Thank you to everyone for the great service. More
