My wife and I were looking for used Dodge Durango's. Ryan Auto Mall had a recent trade come in and I messaged the dealer late in the evening. Melisa responded right away. There were only a few pictures available because the vehicle hadn't been through the shop yet for cleaning. She was very thoughtful and snapped a quick video of the vehicle for me the next morning. That confirmed for me I had to see it. She had the vehicle ready to view and drive on time. We bought it and closing the deal with Dane was smooth. Very good experience.
