Randy Jennings is a great, respectable salesperson. Unfortunately, the sales manager who is currently there was very unprofessional in his interaction with us. Basically, he walked out of the office to just state there is nothing more he can do. This would have been my fourth car from Glanzmann. Just because you have a shortage does not give you the right to dismiss your customers. I have worked with Vince and Mr. Glanzmann himself, may he Rest In Peace. I keep going back because of the excellent service we normally get. But this time, it was not so. He was very rude and dismissive in his tone. I just walked away. More

As members of PHS , we loved seeing the cars at the shows. Subaru has so many safety features it was easy to choose when we were ready to purchase a new vehicle. Ken went out of his way to personally contact/interact with us concerning any issues and/or questions that we were having during the purchase of our new 2021 Outback (awesome car!!) in a timely and concerned way. He also went above and beyond with his time to show us the Outback prior to and after the purchase. Lastly, his understanding of the sad goodbye of our traded-in car of 16 years was greatly appreciated. Ken is an exemplary Subaru employee, but even more importantly, a really wonderful person! We also were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Dana and Alex. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helped us quickly and efficiently get through all of the necessary paperwork. He used the teach back method and return demonstration - techniques that help the learner. About 3 weeks after purchase, I returned for another learn to use my car feature lesson from Christian who is patient, kind and a great teacher. His friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Great team at Glanzmann Subaru - the best I have encountered in my 50 years of driving. More
