I am very pleased at the excellent way in which everything surrounding my purchase of a 2010 Lexus was handled. The salesman (Dan Rosen) gave me lots of appropriate information without being confus everything surrounding my purchase of a 2010 Lexus was handled. The salesman (Dan Rosen) gave me lots of appropriate information without being confusing. He was patient with my questions. And, most importantly to me, I never felt pressured. It was as though his approach was to help me decide I wanted to make the purchase, not trying to force the decision. And the others I dealt with -- Alex, the delivery specialist, and Yasmine, the finance person, were both excellent to deal with. Again, both explained every detail without giving me "too much" information. I simply cannot say enough about all three of those folks who represented the dealership in such excellent manners. I definitely would recommend Woodfield Lexus to my friends. More

While both Dan and Yasmine were top notch, Alex was incredibly helpful. He asked the right questions to get us through the "introduction" of the technological aspects of the car in a quick fashion. He understood that we had past experience with such matters and, without shortchanging our learning curve, guided us through the process with humor and respect (we're old and not quite as savvy as younger people may be with technology). Why n/a on customer service and quality of work? Well, I purchased a new Lexus 1 month ago and have not had any service done yet, so not having service done yet is a good thing, yes? That takes care of th I purchased a new Lexus 1 month ago and have not had any service done yet, so not having service done yet is a good thing, yes? That takes care of that "why". Friendliness ? Well Dan Rosen is as friendly and accommodating as they come and is easy too, I had him twisted around my little finger in no time and he did not even know it, or was it the other way around??? Really was a pleasant experience , well, as pleasant as it can be when dropping 50k. Dan is friendly, professional, knowledgeable,....... and fast, got those papers for me to sign in no time, faster than a speeding bullet, perhaps we should call him " SuperDan". Now Dave Gustafson the "Delivery Manager", ever hear of that position before? Well for an old coot like me who thinks a cassette is the newest thing, Dave is a necessity. He showed me things this new car has that I still do not remember where they are or what they do but he understands that I will not be able to take it all in at the same time. Remember I am still in shock/mourning at this time from signing the check. I have a standing invitation from Dave to stop by any time and he will explain the newest thing that I do not understand. I am still trying to get used to starting the auto without a key so you know the depths of my option ignorance. Dave also showed me the secret thing/place in the car that the salesmen do not even know about, so Dan, I am sorry to break this to you but now you know, Dave has been holding back this info. I hope you will still be friends. The overall experience was fine as I hope you can surmise from my comments. The free food on Saturday seemed to be a big hit and I am not sure that all the people eating were customers either. PRICE? Well, I was satisfied, but being the pessimist I am, I will always wonder if I left something on the table. I said "can you live with this" and Dan said "sure", that was that and the deal was done. No waiting in a small office for 20 minutes while Dan checked with the "Sales Manager" leaving me to sweat bullets during the wait. So long story short, sure I would buy from this team again, . It is a nice, professional, courteous and respectful dealership with like employees. ps DAVE, I am going to use that secret thing/place you told me about some day soon!!!! ps Merry Christmas or any of the other forms of celebration you choose at this time of the year. More

We knew that we wanted a Lexus RX350. We were shopping for the right dealership, the right price, and the right color of car. We had been to a few Lexus dealerships and had driven the RX350. We had not for the right dealership, the right price, and the right color of car. We had been to a few Lexus dealerships and had driven the RX350. We had not been to Woodfield Lexus, but we found them on the internet. Their website is great because it pictures and describes the cars they have; we were not told to call the dealership to find out what they had. We drove in on a Friday morning and met Dan Rosen, who became our salesman. They had many RX350s to chose from and several that we were interested in. When we finally selected the one we liked the best, the process was pretty simple. We arrived at a price. We told Dan we were going to go to lunch to think about it. After lunch, we called Dan, returned to the dealership, and finalized the deal with Yasmine Azam. We also met Josh Resnick, the GM. The next morning our beautiful new car was waiting for us. Dave Gustafson spent about an hour going over the controls, etc., and then we were on the road. We have had the car for a little over 2 months and have found it to be a terrific car. We are happy with the Lexus and also with Woodfield Lexus. More
