The dealership cares about the customer and its needs. Great Customer Service Angelo and his team went out of their way to get my new truck work ready so I could drive it off the lot and start doing jobs which was a big deal for Angelo and his team went out of their way to get my new truck work ready so I could drive it off the lot and start doing jobs which was a big deal for me. This is my second Tundra from this dealership and they are never lacking in service. And if there is a problem they go out of their way to try to fix it. I came down to do some paper work but it was not ready so they let me come down and do all the paper work when the truck was ready for me to pickup. The truck needed some accessories installed in another town and Angelo drove the truck over and back to get it ready for me. You will not find this type of service at any other Toyota Dealership in CT and their price was the best, even lower than TrueCar.com More

Bad Experience A number of months ago friends gave this dealership a $500 deposit to purchase a vehicle. They ultimately purchased a vehicle from another Toyota deal A number of months ago friends gave this dealership a $500 deposit to purchase a vehicle. They ultimately purchased a vehicle from another Toyota dealership who gave them a better price. They requested their deposit back and that's when this dealership failed. For months my friends asked for their deposit back but to no avail. That is when I got involved to help them since my friend is not well nor in a position to deal with the excuses. When I approached the "salesperson" who also happens to be the manager, he claimed that they tried to refund the money but that the credit card account would not accept it. Do you think he should have called my friends to see if there was a problem...no of course not. He then assured me that the refund would be made the following day into a new numbered account. Needless to say, it never happened! My friends contacted the dealership about the refund and were told they needed to produce their invoice...really? The dealership did not have a copy of the invoice??? I went back to the dealership about a month and a half after my initial visit. This time the same salesman/manager claimed that the refund was issued and I asked for proof. It took him about half an hour to produce paperwork about the refund, which according to the form, was issued on June 27. Today's date is July 11. I asked my friends to check to see if they received the credit and to everyone's surprise the credit was made to their account on July 11!!! How they managed to backdate a refund is beyond me or did the credit card company hold the credit for the period of June 27-July 11. I don't think so. My conclusion is that this dealership chose to be deceitful and hoped that the deposit would be forgotten or the effort to recover it would not be worth the time and frustration this dealership would put them through. It is sad to think that this dealership, salesperson/manager chose to play games with others money and I would warn others to think seriously before giving them any deposit if you think that you may purchase a vehicle elsewhere. More

Look, Purchase, Drive Home all in One Day Had been looking online for a Subaru Impreza sport for my son when we came across a Impreza sport the night before at Toyota of Wallingford. In the m Had been looking online for a Subaru Impreza sport for my son when we came across a Impreza sport the night before at Toyota of Wallingford. In the morning we called about it and decided to hop on the bike for a ride out to CT. When we got there they had the car out in front ready to let us look. Of course we liked it. We spoke to Heather on the phone and when we arrived she introduced us to Steve who went with us for a ride. Hopefully his neck is feeling okay today since I haven't driven stick in a while. So of course we loved the car and my son was ready to purchase it just from the pics. He is in grad school and couldn't come along. After we decided on a price and worked a way out for them to get paid before we left, they detailed it, filled the gas tank, registered it, insured it (with a slight delay from DMV which I must say was not the fault of the dealership) and off we drove into rush hour traffic. We chose some back roads through CT into NY and missed all the craziness on I84 in Waterbury. Thanks to Phil for the directions through CT. It was a great ride home with my husband following behind on the bike. My son is going to love the car even though it s not the WRX that he once had. School comes first and its all about sacrifices. A big thank you to Steve, Dan and Bill and the whole dealership for your extraordinary customer service. A big thumbs up from Joe and Denise. More
