In sales, I had Joe Felton guide me through the buying process. I can't say enough about Joe, he's extremely friendly, courteous , and professional. I felt no pressure in the buying process with Joe. Sales manager Dan Roberts also helped me with my purchase of the 2017 Tacoma. I told Dan exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He does not joke around when it comes to finding exactly what I wanted in such a short amount of time. Dan takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows. I also have to give a shout out to Rob Rypsc in finance dept. Rob is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable closing the deal with Rob and I also loved his energy. Best Experience in Years I popped in on a Saturday to inquire about a 2017 Toyota 86. I wanted a specific color, not on the lot. Carmine, the sales associate, talked with me I popped in on a Saturday to inquire about a 2017 Toyota 86. I wanted a specific color, not on the lot. Carmine, the sales associate, talked with me to understand specifically what I was looking to get. Afterwards, we took one of the 86s on the lot for a test drive. I was invited to "drive it like I owned it." After the test drive, Dan at the dealership had located two cars in the color and style I wanted. I was quoted reasonable prices for both and advised that they would have to get confirmation from the other dealership about releasing the vehicle. It took a couple of days but I heard back on Tuesday that I could get the one I wanted. I picked up my new Toyota 86 on Thursday. The process was easy and Sohail didn't try to upsell all sorts of extra services as other dealers have in the past. The only thing that marred the experience was that the tires were underinflated such that the TPMS alarm was in. Service addressed it quickly and Carmine was going to follow up with the delivery inspection process to see what happened. More

He was low key, never did we feel pressure from him. We finally decided to lease the Camry and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. I would definitely go back here again and would ask for Fred. He also helped us adjust to the new car before we drove off. More
