The only issue I had is Our salesman (Phil) didn’t want to pull out the left over 2018 for me to drive although it’s not the 2016 Rav4 I took home. I could’ve made my decision that day a lot easier rather than coming in the day of delivery and being disappointed in the 2019 after liking the older body style better. A 2 minute showing of a car could’ve made the purchase faster More

Great all around service This is my fourth purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. My first was a 97 Honda which introduced me to salesman Elvin Witcher. Elvin also helped me wi This is my fourth purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. My first was a 97 Honda which introduced me to salesman Elvin Witcher. Elvin also helped me with my purchase of a 2005 Highlander. It was Elvins concern for what I needed and could afford that brought me back to Toyota of Wallingford. I have since traded up to a 2013 Highlander and recently to a 2015 Highlander. While Elvin is still with the dealer he was not available for my recent purchase. Phil Orzel assisted me with this purchase and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all questions quickly and honestly and his interaction with the business office led to a sale that was good for all parties. When it came to the sit down with finance, Dan Roberts, took as much time as necessary to walk me through ALL the paperwork and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Once again a good car buying experience...I will be returning to this dealer for my wife's next car hoping that the experience continues. More
