There was some miscommunication about the TRUE CAR pricing between the internet sales person and the product manager (sales) person and there was dealer reluctance to meet my request for different tires. It seemed like the expectation was that I would give in on my request for tires rather than try to meet the request. In the end, everything was resolved satisfactorily so it was OK. More

Traveled over 200 miles to buy from Wallingford Toyota! I turned to the internet and found exactly what I was looking for at Wallingford Toyota! My initial phone contact was with Heather who was very friendly and informed me that the car was available and that Salesperson Robert Blakeslee would be contacting me and will work with me going forward. Working with Robert was an absolute pleasure. The best auto salesperson I ever dealt with! He was honest, friendly and thorough. I also felt as if he was advocating for me when we dealt with Rocco and Sohail, the dealerships management team. Both Rocco and Sohail were also very straight forward, friendly and never made me feel pressured. The finance manager , Dan Roberts was also a great experience... very organized, efficient and friendly as well. After driving 100 miles to and from from Long Island, NY to Wallingford Conn and back twice, I got a beautiful car, at an awesome price from from a more than fair and honest sales team.
