In fact, I almost didn't even look here and was thinking I'd be buying from another dealership. However, everyone there was friendly. I felt welcomed without feeling pressured or uneasy. There was NO push to sell me. I did my homework on all counts: items in stock, worth of my trade, current loan rates etc. I had not really planned to buy that day. But the deal was very fair and the car was nice, clean, and equipped. So I left with a new used, which is what I wanted. So far I really, really like my choice! I would highly recommend this dealership without a doubt. More

Fred was great. He was patient (as demonstrated by doing 3 test drives), personable, attentive, knowledgeable and was not pushy. He followed up but did not over pursue me. Great I bought a car here 3 weeks ago and I gave it a great review but every one is happy at first so I want to tell you after driving the car for 3 weeks I I bought a car here 3 weeks ago and I gave it a great review but every one is happy at first so I want to tell you after driving the car for 3 weeks I love it. I feel I got a great deal. Its a 6 speed 1.8L and I cannot believe the power because my previous car was 3.3L with 250 H/P.top speed 150 mph. I probably bought one of the cheapest cars in there inventory but was treated like I was buying a new car. I"m semi retired but in a few years when I get my pension and SS, I will be back. I bought many cars from dealerships new and used and If you go to another dealership you better do your home work if you do not understand cars or the car business if not put your trust in these guys. More

Recently though, our trusted salesman (and through the years now family friend) Bob Blakeslee made a move to Wallingford Toyota. Call us old fashioned but we prefer lasting relationships versus internet shopping. We like to call Bob and get questions answered and problems solved versus taking a number. And what a dealership did he move too! Very impressed with all departments. Free oil changes and batteries for life surprised us for sure. Service has been very responsive getting to know us and even inquired about our other Toyota Highlander. We are going to service both here now. All these goodies and personal touches do not bloat the price. We had done our homework and are very pleased with the competitive pricing, smoothness of the transaction, and low pressure environment. *Bonus* it is a comfortable environment that makes room for kids, including a play area/gym that kept our two little terrors busy. Through the years Bob has gotten to know our family, it’s ups and downs, and it’s changing needs. We also know Bobs. We look no where else and are very pleased with his new home base in Wallingford, a step above for sure! More
