Justin, We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by the unavailability of the New 2023 Camaro SS Convertible you were interested in viewing. Unforeseen circumstances can occasionally impact the availability of vehicles. In the case of the Camaro, it had unfortunately incurred a small ding that required attention in our body shop. We'd like to provide some clarity regarding the situation. On August 21st, you informed us that you had placed a deposit on another Camaro at a different dealership. As we had communicated earlier, we were not going to sell the vehicle below MSRP. You emailed a different salesperson yesterday and were again told we would not be discounting this vehicle and he congratulated you on the one you said you were getting elsewhere. Given this information and the fact that we had no indication of your intention to visit our dealership - You said you were going to a dealership by Chicago if you didn’t buy the one in Minnesota. - we had no reason to expect your visit today. Had you informed us of your intention to visit, we would have been more than happy to let you know about the Camaro's unavailability due to repairs. The same copied and pasted responded every time. Amazingly every time you fail to mention that I did tell you the night before that I’d be heading down there the next day. And yes I was also going to the dealership in Chicago which I did. BUT I also specifically said that I wanted to also see yours before making the final decision on which one I wanted to purchase. So maybe you should go back over your emails, and start taking blame instead of acting with no responsibility. But I suspect there wasn’t just a little ding. If that was the case there would be no issue “showing” me the car after a 5 hour drive. *Also note I didn’t email anyone specifically I emailed whoever it gave me when I inquired on the website. * A deposit is to hold the vehicle til I arrive so I don’t waste time driving for nothing like I did at your dealership after being told hours before it was sitting on the showroom floor.

Kelly, We are sorry that you are frustrated. No one expects a vehicle to have an issue shortly after purchasing it. We didn't expect that to happen either. With a used vehicle, you never know when an issue will arise. But we have been working diligently to resolve the issue and make it right for you. You are currently in a loaner vehicle, free of charge, and have been since your vehicle came back to service. Our service team has been working to diagnose what is going on and the Service Manager himself has been in contact with you and giving you updates. The check engine light is an intermittent issue, so we have to catch it acting up to be able to properly diagnose and fix it. At this time, we have not been able to get it to act up again, but will continue to try to do so. We appreciate your patience while our dedicated staff does their best to resolve the issue for you.
