First Great Dealership Experience I was in the market for a more reliable car with good gas mileage. Comparing other dealerships dealing with Subaru's the Morong VW dealership was exc I was in the market for a more reliable car with good gas mileage. Daniel was very professional but down to earth enough that I didn't feel like I was being sold a car. He was very knowledgeable about that car but as he was answering my questions, he realized there was a vehicle that may better suit my needs. He showed me a Volkswagen Atlas and it was exactly what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Atlas as well and could give me a thorough tour of how the vehicle worked inside and out. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my emails and questions and patient with me. Dan took the time to give me all of the purchasing options with no pressure what so ever, and gave me the best pricing available. When I picked the vehicle up, Dan sat in the car with me and explained all of the amazing high tech options that I had. It would have taken me a week of fanning through the manual to get them all figured out!!! Matt Sowles processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. I was very impressed with all of the personnel at Morong. They were all courteous and very friendly, and they have a very comfortable and relaxing environment!
