Dorsch Ford far exceeded our expectations for a dealership! We felt "special" as we entered the doors .We were greeted by several salesmen, with Dallas being our primary salesman. I had called ahead to set up a test drive, and the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Dallas was honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. He made it so easy to choose a car that fit our budget and my needs! The whole process of purchasing the car was well organized, and I especially liked the fact that Dallas sat in the car with me and went through every "button" on the dash--so I would know all the features offered. He even set up my phone to Bluetooth! Even though we came from Wausau, (about 90 miles away) it was well worth the drive!! When we are ready to replace our other vehicle, rest assured we will come back to Dorsch!! Thank you Dallas for your excellent service!! Janine More

Jim helped us out with some questions about leasing, and Cody made sure the financing went smoothly. Everyone made their part of the experience as positive as they could. The experience could have been improved however, by shortening the amount of time that a customer must sit waiting for pricing and financing. This is true of most car dealers, but it is a very irritating aspect of the experience and Dorsch Ford Kia would do well to buck the trend. More

He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we discussed, explained features, rebates, financing that was available and how it applied to each vehicle. Cody was very thorough on explaining the financial options that were available. Mr. Dorsch was very genuine in his greeting also. Two hours later we drove away very satisfied in a new 2013 Ford Edge. More

I am very particular when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I contacted Dorsch Ford regarding a used F150 I had spotted on www.AutoTrader.com and www.Cars.com. Dallas Brooks, the internet sales man vehicles. I contacted Dorsch Ford regarding a used F150 I had spotted on www.AutoTrader.com and www.Cars.com. Dallas Brooks, the internet sales manager responded to my inquiry quickly. Dallas worked with Mike and Dan Dorsch to come up with a sale price, as well as value my trade-in vehicle. Communication with Dallas was extremely easy and he answered everyone of my questions in a timely fashion. This was very, very helpful since I live about 2.5 hours away from their location. Dallas was able to accommodate my schedule and met with me the day and time I was available. Upon entering Dorsch Ford, I was welcomed by several associates. Dallas had moved the vehicle inside as it happened to be raining that day. That was very helpful to me, so that I could inspect the vehicle easier. After I inspected the truck, I took it for a test drive. After the test drive, I met with Debbie Simonar to fill out the paperwork and figure out the financing. Prior to going to the dealership, I had filled out an "online credit approval" form. The paperwork process took all of 15 minutes (if that), and then the truck was mine! Thank you Mike and Dan Dorsch, Dallas Brooks and Debbie Simonar for making this a painless and time efficient process. This was my 4th vehicle purchase and by far the best experience. I will definitely be returning to Dorsch Ford for both maintenance/service work as well as purchases in the future. More

I researched my Ford for weeks over the internet and found a vehicle I wanted in the Chicago area. I was all ready to go and get the car when the deal went sour. During my research, I had test drove a found a vehicle I wanted in the Chicago area. I was all ready to go and get the car when the deal went sour. During my research, I had test drove a similar styled vehicle that I wanted with Dallas at Dorsch. When I reconnected with him, he had informed me that a C-Max was being shipped into their dealership in a few days and that he would send me his best price. His price actually beat the Chicago area dealers price and was a local dealer. Dallas was also the only sales associate from any dealerships who seemed to respond well to my email requests for information without placing me on some robot based mailers that flooded my inbox. He was full of info and a willingness to find out anything I had questions about. Since buying the car, I have been back to dealership for coffee and visits with Dallas to let him know how much I love the C-Max. He ALWAYS remembers my name and seems to never forget prior conversations. This is not a normal sales associate who forgets you as soon as the deal is done. I would go back to Dorsch in a heartbeat if I need another car. I have and will continue to recommend the dealer and especially Dallas to all my family and friends. More

Excellent overall experience. Dallas was responsive and proactive, but not pushy. Answers and options were provided quickly and clearly.
