I own 3 different late model Dodge products anll 2019 + and disappointed that my loyalty to the brand doesn't get the same in return. I made a service appt 3 weeks ahead of time and somehow it was 6 days l and disappointed that my loyalty to the brand doesn't get the same in return. I made a service appt 3 weeks ahead of time and somehow it was 6 days later until my new 2023 truck even got looked at. What was the point to having an appt ? Worst part was the multiple times I was told I would get a call back by the end of day with an update and never did. I had to call the next day 3x to ask for an update and no one had answers ..I got, oh the service advisor Kyle is off today .. next time oh the mechanic is off today but it’s pulled onto his bay …next time oh the service manager is out of town on training. I was promised on a Friday (trucks been there 3 days already without being looked at or updated ) that first thing Monday morning it will be looked at and will get a call by the end of day. Guess what …. No call again so I patiently wait until end of day Tuesday for a call .. nothing. Finally I call at the end of the day and of corse no one I have worked with previously was there and someone found the paperwork (on service managers desk that was out of town) and tells me no issue found 🧐 .. ok just pull my truck outside please and I’ll pick it up when I get off work this eve. Just put keys under mat and leave unlocked for me. Guess what .. they locked my keys in the truck so now I get to spend an hour round trip to go get my spare key after already working a 12 hr day. I’ve already had a bad Experience with Andy Mohr .. swore them off .. Dellen is now most likely off the list so I guess it’s Eastgate and if I have problems with them I’ll be selling my 3 dodges and become a GM customer More
