Curt Parsons (salesman) and Debbie Greene (finance manager) made buying a car at Fitzgerald Hyundai a low stress experience. Curt Parsons was easy to work with and clearly knew his product. We were trading in our 2009 Sonata and had already shopped other dealerships. Unlike the other dealerships, there was no pressure. Curt made us feel like we were his most important customers. He allowed us to take our time and examine every alternative. We had done our research and knew that we had found an honest and knowledgeable salesman. When it came down to negotiating, he was very professional and used none of the pressure you usually experience at an auto dealership. Debbie Greene was the best finance person we have ever dealt with. She is a great asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai. Debbie helped us through the maze of paperwork and financing options available. It was a pleasure to work with someone with such extensive experience and expertise. We really appreciated the time she took to help us. This was our second Hyundai Sonata. We had bought our first one in New England but moved to Tampa shortly after. The Service Department at Fitzgerald is top notch and was another reason for coming in to buy our second Sonata here. What really sold us on buying at Fitzgerald Hyundai was the great shopping experience we had due to the efforts of Curt Parsons and Debbie Greene. More

It is refreshing to walk into a dealership and not get a sick feeling especially being a woman. I don't like other dealerships where the salesperson runs to the manager. Our experience with Curt Parsons and Fitzgerald Hyundai in purchasing our 2013 Elantra was exceptional. Pricing was clearly known, staff worked with our budget, no pressure sales experience, options of mod in purchasing our 2013 Elantra was exceptional. Pricing was clearly known, staff worked with our budget, no pressure sales experience, options of models and road tests were readily available, closing of the sale was pleasant and clearly explained. Overall our experience with Curt Parsons and the rest of the staff was exceptional. This is the reason we went to Fitzgerald Hyundai to purchase our second Hyundai. My wife and I had been looking at both Ford and Hyundai autos at other dealerships in the area. We decided to visit Fiatzgerald because of the TV advertising--"there is just no better way". It was important to me to experience an excellent repore with the sales staff at the dealership. My initial staff encounter was courteous and not 'pushy'. The sales person, Curt Parson, was attentive to what I was looking for in a new automobile. At first, I was interested in a coupe, like the new Elantra; of course there was a beautiful Genesis coupe in the showroom. Curt was kind enough to point out the special incentives being offered on the 2013 Sonata Limited. Again, his approach was not pushy, nor aggressive. I believe that Curt understood what I was looking for, but made certain that also knew of a possible alternative that met my automobile requirements. I did not know that I could get more car for the money buying a Sonata than the Elantra. Of course, the, Curt had to satisfy several of my requirements, the main ones being a car that is white and did not have a solid gray or black interior. He clearly understood me, and as if reading my mind, he showed me a Sonata that, not only was, white, but had the beige leather seats with the black trim. An outstanding showing! I test drove the car on Sunday and was quite impressed. Curt spent a good deal of positive time working with me to insure that I understood the Sonata and that it would prove to be an good investment. Sunday evening and night had my mind directed entirely on this car. On Monday (12/31/2012), I called Curt to thank him for everything that he had done on the previous day. I then asked him to get prepared to write a deal on that car. I was on my way to dealership. The entire time that I was at the dealership, Curt continued to keep me informed of each step and status of the closing process. He also took, what I felt was 'the extra mile time' with me to sit in the showroom model and go over all the features of the car. He even gave me a 'tour' of the other areas of the dealership. After the closing was complete, we went to my new Sonata, reviewed it's features, paired up my cellphone to the Bluetooth and insured that worked properly. Since the closing, Curt has made follow-up calls to make certain that all is good with me and the new car. I have had some minor questions that he was able to readily answer. More

Curt Parsons was so helpful with showing me all about the car and how things work. This is my first new car so I was very nervous. He even offered to help me after the sale of the car. It is true, "There is no way but the Fitz Way". My sales representative was Curt Parsons. He sold my better half her first new Hyundai Tuscon and I was so impressed that when the time came to buy My sales representative was Curt Parsons. Regarding the purchase of both cars (especially mine) the procedure was so easy, pleasant and efficient that it is beyond me why anyone would go to another dealership. There is no hassle of any sort. The price on the yellow sheet is the price. The appraisal process of a trade in is fast and the value quoted for the trade is a good fair price. I knew going in what my car should reasonably be worth and the offer I received was very, very close to my estimate. Mr. Fitzgerald has a great philosophy regarding selling cars and his employees have bought into it. In the case of Curt Parsons; to me he is epitome of what I would want as a salesperson, an employee and a friend. The man is 110% a believer and facilitator of "The Fitz Way". I can not speak highly enough about the way Curt handled our purchase and I will recommend Curt Parsons and Fitzerald Auto Mall to all my friends and acquaintences. The financial closing with Finance Manager Debbie Greene could not have gone smoother. She is another believer in "The Fitz Way" and definitely made everything simple, easy and pleasant. These two employees Curt Parsons and Debbie Greene should be recognized for their work ethic, dedication to the customer and both had nothing but the highest praise for Mr. Fitzgerald. They are the employees that every business owner dreams of. More

I had a wonderful experience at the Fitzgerald Hyundai Countryside dealership (Clearwater, FL). My salesman, Curt, took an extremely low-pressure approach, answering all my questions and taking me on mult Countryside dealership (Clearwater, FL). My salesman, Curt, took an extremely low-pressure approach, answering all my questions and taking me on multiple test drives with several different models and equipment options. He was just wonderful. I received the top Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, etc. trade-in value for my previous car (which I had checked from those sources before going to the dealership). The deal I got on the new car was considerably better than quotes I had from two other local dealers. When I got to the finance office, Debbie was another gem. She was funny, vibrant and very efficient at her job. She went over every detail I asked about, and did not pressure me to purchase any add-ons I was not interested in. After I purchased the car, a 2012 Sonata SE turbo, I received several follow-up calls to set up an appointment for window tinting and to check on my satisfaction. I traded in my third successive Saturn, a 2008 Aura (a great car!), and I had always appreciated the no-haggle, priced-as-is shopping experience that Saturn dealers provided. Like the Saturn dealership sales model, Fitzgerald's sales staff do not work on commission but receive a flat rate per sale. I have to say that Fitzgerald Hyundai matched in every way my previous experience with Saturn. I highly recommend this dealer to prospective customers. More

This dealer employs a no-haggle approach which allowed me to focus on product with a very courteous and well informed sales representative. The end result was a Hyundai Sonata SE at what I consider to be a very reasonable price.
