Happy Driver ( Slightest edit to my last review) While I was extremely impressed with this dealership, and the absolute satisfaction for the outstanding service I received from both Mike Clark and Am While I was extremely impressed with this dealership, and the absolute satisfaction for the outstanding service I received from both Mike Clark and Amy Simpson, I had felt a slight hic-up with regards to pricing. To be clear the overall point of cost for my vehicle was fair. However, in trying to meet the price agreement halfway, I felt I was not "heard" by the manager at that time, Cole Connor. Back in the day, woman have always had to fight to be heard in many business discussions. I kept asking this gentleman to take a thousand dollars of my final cost. At first we could not come to an agreement, so this haggling went back and forth for a short period of time. Just as my son and I were about to leave, I was told he would accept my thousand dollars off the top, However, he didn't. A discount of $933.00 does not equate to $1000.00, in the final paperwork. I have nothing else to say about this matter. My family has always been a GM family., and I can seriously say that this particular dealership (Crown Buick GMC ) have made customers for life with myself and my four adult children More

Great Service Victor Nassar was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job. We had looked at other vehicles previously on a Sunday and showed up around 3pm to Crown GM Victor Nassar was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job. We had looked at other vehicles previously on a Sunday and showed up around 3pm to Crown GMC. It was about to start raining and Victor came out immediately. I had 3-4 vehicles I had in mind and he let me look at all of them, ask questions, drive them, etc. I ended up finding one I really liked and even though it was out of my price range they worked with me on a trade in amount for my car and paid much more than they wanted to get me in the new car. Victor was great and explained everything in detail throughout the whole process. It was late on a Sunday and I know they were all ready to go home but were extremely patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend. It was a great experience. More

Hidden Defects Purchased a 2017 subaru from them 5k miles later go to get the oil changed and Oil pan had been pushed in from someone that did prior service. Cole the used car manager conducts his investigation by NOT calling the subaru dealer to ask their thoughts but instead asking service person that did work on vehicle. Then says it was not like that. Car was not washed when delivered and no floor mats also. THERE WAS NEVER A PHONE CALL BACK. JUST AN EMAIL FROM COLE NOT FROM HARLEY. Please tell the accurate story. More
