Leon was very friendly and did not push the sale of the vehicle which we appreciate very much. A pushy salesman would have turned us away from the sale and the dealership. Upon arriving at Crown, Dorothea, a lovely lady with a smile that brightens a room wa After shopping for hours we found Our dealership at Crown GMC. Upon arriving at Crown, Dorothea, a lovely lady with a smile that brightens a room walked over to us, introduced herself and took her to her office. Our 18 yr old son Noah had a budget and she found something for him. Sporty yet safe. Dorothea did not try to sell us anything out of Noah's budget. He purchased a 2012 Infinity. Jess in the insurance dept was also very nice and took care of the insurance with our USAA . Awaiting the final finance with Mark Hernandez, Kevin , my husband took a walk with our dog and met Harley the GM who although the Infinity was" as is"promised to repair the window trim, found Noah a nice floor matt. Noah also purchased the diamond coat and gap. Upon arriving home , we noticed a chip in the windshield, I called Crown talked to Jason who is sending their man out to fix the chip. It’s been one thing after another since the start which we’re going on 5 months now. Once that transaction is final, no one there could give a xxxx about anything. A GM that cared may wait a week to respon we’re going on 5 months now. Once that transaction is final, no one there could give a xxxx about anything. A GM that cared may wait a week to respond to an email (once the truck was given back) but that’s because he personally made sure that truck didn’t leave unless pristine. Well nope sure didn’t and it was still the same as when it went in. That’s lousy and that’s why I feel the way I do, it’s only been 5 months of xx. More
