I was originally was in the restaurant industry for 9 years and 6 years in JFK at a steakhouse called Bobby Vans. I developed a love for serving people & customer service through my years. I became a certified trainer & had a lot of success in building up the team over the years. During the shutdowns, I lost my job and was confused on what to do next. I found my self in a smaller personal car store named "Toyota of Massapequa" I had no car knowledge experience and was not a "car guy" at all. The first 4 months was difficult /overwhelming. I almost gave up several times. It didn't click until I realized that serving tables in a restaurant & helping clients find a new car are a lot more similar than one would think! I would always tell my on coming staff that " anybody can eat anywhere but what's going to make them come back to you? It's going to your deep knowledge of the menu & the experience you give" I pride myself on my Toyota product knowledge & giving a great experience.

Colby has been just as attentive and available as he was pre sale, and has been patient and professional when responding to my questions about the multi-media system in the car. He even offered to make himself available to me for another explanation of all dashboard features. This professional will not forget about you once you drive home your car. He was dedicated to finding me the EXACT car that I wanted - and he remains dedicated in seeing to the complete satisfaction of his clients - pre, during and post sale. Colby Fiedler worked to get me the EXACT car that I wanted, and was willing to wait for. It took almost 3 months, and Colby regularly contacted me to stay in touch and was totally transparent about ea wanted, and was willing to wait for. It took almost 3 months, and Colby regularly contacted me to stay in touch and was totally transparent about each glitch or delay throughout the process. Once the car was in, he took the time to THOROUGHLY explain the car’s features. Colby is warm, engaging, professional and has the patience of a saint.
