Shawn would send my husband and I emails and calls for six months. Shawn was determined to find the right car for me...and he did!!! We were out of the country on vacation, when he sent us a email of a car with everything on my wishlist. Shawn found the perfect car and it had everything I wanted and more!! The best thing about all this was Mr. Blum did all this over the phone. We live in Michigan, so this was over two hours drive on a good day. The first day we met Mr Blum was the day we drove from Michigan to Ohio to purchase the Mercedes GLE 300 Coupe. More

Mr. Shimmel had removed all the headache that comes with buying a new car and replaced them with sheer enjoyment and anticipation. This is my first Mercedes and the experience that I had at this dealership made me never want to deal with any other places again. Everything is amazing about this dealership from the receptionist remembering my first name to the spectacular elegance of the showroom. The car I wanted needed a belt replaced and the service was impeccable. They brought me a loaner vehicle and handled all the repairs astonishingly quickly. The financing went incredibly smooth and Mike was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. This has been the hands down best service I have received from any dealership or service center. Truly a remarkable experience. More
