Bought here even though I work for a different dealership. Even though I work for a different dealership I had to come to Herb Chambers to lease my new Silverado and get a deal that worked for me. Clinton was very knowledgeable, accessible and helpful in answering our many questions and hashing out any and all details. Brian facilitated our outright purchase so that we didn't have to run to my bank and request a certified check saving us precious time and nickel and diming by our bank and John made sure all the official paperwork was completed quickly all the while making sure that I was reacquainted with and understood RMV's role in the process. Great experience Herb Chambers must be doing something right. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where Herb Chambers must be doing something right. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where I bought a new Sonic several days ago. It was a pleasure dealing with Clinton Gerrish, a professional and very low key sales person. I first met Clinton several months ago, when I was looking at cars and I was immediately impressed with Clinton's knowledge of the car and the fact he never asked me for any personal information. I was given a brochure, with his card, so when it cam time to buy the car, I made sure I was dealing with Clinton. After all the paper work was done, Clinton must have spent well over an hour going over every detail of the car. Upon parting, he told me to comeback any time for a tutorial, which I am sure to do. I should also mention that Bobby Haddad, the business manager made the process very easy. All in all, I am very impressed with the Chambers organization. Keep up the good work. More

I had a great experience buying our new Chevy Malibu from Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. We were in somewhat of a complicated situation and that was understood by the sales manager Corey Upton before we wa Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. We were in somewhat of a complicated situation and that was understood by the sales manager Corey Upton before we walked in the door. Let me start off by saying this dealership treated us like we were buying a much more expensive car than what we were looking at. Upon arriving, Corey Upton greeted us and had us meet with Corey Stewart. Corey, is probably the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I have bought about 6 cars previous to this purchase so I am somewhat experienced in this setting. I am in sales myself and I know a good salesman when I have the pleasure of dealing with one. We were offered coffee, ice cream, and water which is typically much more than any other dealership offers believe it or not. Corey was very patient with us as we test drove two different types of vehicles. We were looking originally at an Equinox but given the circumstances it was probably not in our price range. So, Corey the sales manager had Corey the salesman show us a Malibu and he delivered in every way. Corey Stewart is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about each car and their various options. He made it very easy for us to like the car given that is not what we originally wanted. The negotiation part of the process which was my least favorite part came out OK. We got a decent deal on the car given that it was a leftover from 2013. It was still a new car and there were some rebates on it which made it more affordable. I think in the end we could have gotten a little better price but it was still fair. I need to point out some other standout employees. We got to deal with both finance managers John Doucette and Bobby Haddad. Both of them went to bat for us and worked with several banks to ensure the deal happened. They put a lot of hard work into it and it paid off for everyone. I think in the car business, sometimes certain situations pop up and you get run through the ringer because no one wants to put the work in that's needed to sell the car! That is not the case with either of these two gentleman. Bobby, did all of the final paperwork with us and had us in and out in 15 minutes because we were both at work and had to fly! Bobby is a very professional guy who obviously knows what he is doing. Lastly, Clinton helped us go over the car once we took ownership of it. He was very thorough and explained how to work every feature of the car for about an hour. Can't ask for much more than that. This was my second purchase from this dealership and even though almost everyone is different from my Chevy Avalanche purchase from 5 years ago, both of my car buying experiences here have been excellent and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy and/or a new car of any kind to visit this dealership! They will work hard to earn your business and they appreciate your business once they earn it! I will be out of my Sonata lease in 2 years and will be back to look at the Chevy Volt! More

This is a 5 star dealership from A-Z. It is really a super experience to look forward to going to this dealership for service. Several weeks before purchasing our vehicle we made a call to the service department regarding a sound that was coming from the engine on our 2008 Buick LaCrosse. Although very busy when we arrived, the service manager, Greg Oliver, greeted us warmly and told us he would check our vehicle if we could wait a few extra minutes. He did not pass us on to another employee....Greg was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution. Due to the service provided by Greg Oliver, we made a decision to return and purchase a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. Our sales person, Clinton Gerrish, manager Corey Upton and finance department manager, Bobby Haddad made it a most positive experience in every way. We HIGHLY recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle. More
