Sales was decent but still not great. I stated I would pay 8000 down to try to get my monthly down. I was not told how my down payment would need to be given (cash, credit, etc…). I made I stated I would pay 8000 down to try to get my monthly down. I was not told how my down payment would need to be given (cash, credit, etc…). I made the assumption I could put it all on my credit card and get points. Come to find out I could only put 3000 on my credit and the remaining 5000 would need to be cash! Thank God I had that in my savings or I would have had to start negotiations all over for my finances. The finance guy I worked with was less than inviting. He had no personality and was cold. He was the one that told me I’d have to go to a bank to get my 5000 that I miraculously had. We did not want to sign up for extra warranties and it seems like the guy took it personally and got even less friendly if that were possible. Overall not a great car buying experience. I waited over a year to get my first ever brand new vehicle and Lythia let me down quite frankly. Thankfully I still love my bronco regardless. More
