I was scheduled only for a routine oil change upon arrival I asked service writer if recall worked he offered me another appt saw I reuctant and said if you have the time I will get it done I agreed a arrival I asked service writer if recall worked he offered me another appt saw I reuctant and said if you have the time I will get it done I agreed and 2.5hrs later it was done saving me a return trip. Ziegler Racine is a dealership that has high pressured sales individuals. It was pushy and not upfront. I came in to purchase a vehicle from the internet for one price and then told about all the other it sales individuals. It was pushy and not upfront. I came in to purchase a vehicle from the internet for one price and then told about all the other items that need to be paid for as well. Such as low jack. We also requested items that we were told we could get and have now been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for a call back. It was the owner operating manual and a 2nd key. Not that hard for them to get. We were also told that we could take the managers truck as a loaner and just came to find out that was just a line of xx. Anything to get a sale. We’re introduced as VIP customers and once the paperwork was signed he walked past us like we didn’t even exist. Not great customer service or follow through on this dealership. More
